All my designs are made to order. I keep no stock of any of the designs shown on the website.

2. Its helpful if you can supply:
The date of your wedding. This is very important as I get booked up well in advance and last minute orders may not be possible to fulfil.
Any ideas you may already have, although I am used to providing inspiration to those who have none.
Details about you and your dress. Bouquets should compliment your height and build, your dress and you personality, so I will try to design with those aspects in mind when creating your flowers.
3. Once we have established your designs, I will issue a quote for your approval, to which there is no obligation. The quote will contain all payment information which can also be found in the terms and conditions.
4. A booking fee of £30 (deductible from order total) will be payable to secure the date (non-refundable or transferable*).
All flowers will be sent one month before the date of your wedding. The full balance will be payable two months before the date of your wedding. All dates will be confirmed prior to payment. If you require your flowers sooner than the date of your wedding for whatever reason, then simply provide me with this date and the same rules will apply.
It is sometimes possible to achieve a priority order. If you have less than two months until the date of your wedding it might still be possible to complete your order. In this instance the full balance will be required on approval of the quote.
5. For smaller orders such as hair accessories (orders under £30) no booking fee will be taken as it will not be necessary to secure your date. Instead the balance must be paid in full on ordering and the designs despatched within 4-6 weeks depending on current business levels. As before, a date will be determined at the time of payment as to despatch.
I can accommodate dates of hair trials and dress fittings etc, as opposed to actual wedding dates, for such items so please let me know the date you would like your designs in the first instance.

1 All items up to £30 - First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
2 All items over £30 - First Class Royal Mail Special Delivery
A signature will be required on delivery of the goods so please make sure you supply address where someone will be able to sign for the parcel.
